VOUCHERS & PAYMENT:

> Once the journey is fully paid, you will receive a Miscellaneous Charges Order (MCO) for your confirmed arrangements.
> The MCO serves both as a confirmation and an exchange document for the program you have purchased.
> You will be required to present the MCO to the hotel at which you are reserved at the time of check-in.
> Failure to present the MCO at check-in could mean that you will be charged at full hotel (rack) rates.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION:
> Hotels reserve the right to charge for periods when the room is occupied before the normal check-in time and after the normal checkout time. It is therefore strongly recommended that you assess the check-in and check-out times against your arrival departure times to ensure that the accommodation dates booked matches your requirements.

VISAS:

AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATION:
> Bookings may be changed at anytime up until 7 days prior to departure ex Australia. The fi rst change is free. Subsequent changes, or changes made between 7 days and 72 hours prior to departure ex Australia will incur a change fee of AUD$50 per room.
> Changes are not permitted within the period 72 hours prior to departure ex Australia, and will fully forfeit the Tiare Tahiti Stopover price paid.
> All amendments and alterations are subject to hotel availability.

CANCELLATIONS:
> All cancellations will fully forfeit the Tiare Tahiti Stopover price paid & will also be subject to the terms and conditions of the airfare purchased.
> Cancellation of the associated reservations on Air Tahiti Nui flights will result in the cancellation of the stopover reservations and forfeiture of the stopover costs paid.

REFUNDS
> No refund will be made if all or part of the program purchased has not been utilised.

Customers accept full responsibility for such loss, damage or expense.
